The Chimney Trail method
Proven methods, lasting outcomes.
Cognitive behavioral tools train adaptive thinking under pressure. Kinesthetic learning turns concepts into action. Continued repetition makes it available when the stakes are real. Most training stops at the first one — ours is built on all three.

Why it works this way
Most of what runs under pressure is automatic thinking — fast, efficient, and wrong at the worst possible moments. The deliberate check is a skill, and skills respond to reps, not to being told about them once.
This is training, not care
Chimney Trail is preventive skill-building for people who are functioning and want to perform better under load. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care, and it does not replace them.
The evidence behind itThe finding that shaped everything
One thing alone does not change behavior.
Readiness training is usually bought one piece at a time: a seminar, an app, or a computer-based module. Each one teaches something, and on its own none of them changes what a person actually does under pressure. Behavior holds when all three run together — taught in the room, practiced by hand, repeated for months.
