We offer flat-rate shipping to the lower 48 states, as well as FPO, APO, and DPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

If your shipment arrives damaged, we’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@chimneytrail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
